Kenneling or other?

I have a 2 year old male. I just noticed his testicles are really dry and the skin is all cracked. I have not noticed him licking since I have been home. We went out of town this past weekend, and I had my babies kenneled. Has anyone seen this before? Could this possibly be a stress thing on his part, or from laying on concrete at the kennel? Any ideas, or am I just panicking?

the only thing I can think would be him laying on a concrete floor.

Have you considered neutering your male? Their are really a great number of health benefits associated with neutering. You can simply do a search and find a number of past threads which discuss the benefits of neutering
