I've been keeping up with this thread and following LA's progress. It is so wonderful to hear how great he is doing. Thanks to you and your vet this little guy will have a chance of living a wonderful life with a wonderful family.

Your neighbors need to be turned into animal control and banned for ever owning another animal. Ignorance is unforgiveable! If you cannot afford basic care, please don't get an animal!
