Hi,
Well we did it, now we have two. Mainly because we felt "Roxy"(9month Female) needed a buddy. The new one is a male 8 weeks named "King". The problem that I am having is that All Roxy Cares about is King. All she wants to do is bite his head and basicaly toss him around, All the Time. It looks violent becasue of the size difference between the two of them but King is very determined and just keeps going at her, Roxy is wagging her nub the whole time so I know she is having fun. Is this just normal "Dog World" behavior, is by biting him and laying on top of him showing dominance, I dont know, sometimes it looks like she is going to hurt him. I never Had two dogs at the same time, Im just wondering that maybe becasue this is a new situation for Roxy that she is Just so excited to be able to play with another dog that she cant stop. So I guess my question is will she eventually get used to the new situation and start cuddling with us again?
Thanks.

When I first brought Monty home it was a case of neither Diva nor Monty acknowledging my existence as all they wanted to do was play with one another! It did change and whilst they still play together I am also very much involved now. They both come looking for me, in fact Monty just about follows me everywhere, so much so that I end up tripping over him half the time  Boxers do tend to play quite roughly and it can look quite frightening sometimes if you're not used to it.
