I cried when I saw the pictures of her. The blanket is the first thing this sweet girl probably has ever had that can not be taken away from her. What a treasure you have given her, Robin. She will always have her blankie. You are such a dear person. We all love Ms Valentine!

How is our little gal Julia doing? Haven't heard anything in a while. Anything new? I still think about her every day.

Here is a message I received this morning from Trent, Julia's daddy.
We just came back from Julia’s morning walk, she really enjoys the cool morning air.
She has gained 2-3 more pounds in the past few weeks. But You can still feel her vertebrae & hip bones when you pet her.
She is going back to the vet on Thursday to check some swollen lymph nodes in her neck & rear legs.
Considering where she started on Feb 14, she is doing remarkable!
She is a daddy’s girl and gets along with my 5 other dogs, but it’s too soon to say I’ll keep her.
From past experience, we have seen some sick dogs become more dominant within the pack,as they gain their strength.
The balance of canine personalities is a fine line in order to maintain domestic harmony.
I would not adopt her to anyone who is less than 100% committed to her love & care.
My first choice is to be her forever home , the next few months will tell.

Trent is honest to God one of the most wonderful people I have ever met....he's sweet to the very core and completely loyal when it comes to our boxer babies.....
I'm so happy that she's there with him during her recovery!

Small Julia update ...
Julia was at the Vet today for a check –up,
She weighed in at 49 pounds!!!
That’s up 4 lbs from 3 weeks ago,
And up 18 lbs from 2/14/04

I wish I lived in Arizona. Miss Julia is just the best! Actually all those babies at Arizona Boxer Rescue are the greatest... Keep up the good work Julia!
