I can't controol my tears everytime I see Julia's pictures...
I am so glad she's gaining some weight and getting the love she deserves.

I just went to the Arizona rescue web page and read an update as of 4-6-04 on Julia Valentine. It says that she is thriving and a real chow hound. She has gained many pounds and is looking more and more like a normal boxer. I am so delighted.appicon

Thanks Cindy....I check everyday to see if there are any new updates on her.
I am in the process of making a blanket to send to her to snuggle with.

I wish she was closer so I could go and give her a great big hug.

Doesn't that just make you wish that you could have been the one to find that dog and beat the living hell out of whoever did that. I rescued a boxer that was going to be put down if the owners couldn't find a home. That was bad enough of a situation. There are so many mean people in this world....it is a good thing, it wasn't me who found the puppy because the owner would wish he'd have fed the dog........

I thought I was ready to look but, I have never seen a dog as emaciated as that. I am so glad she has angels like you watching out for her. She looks so much better after just 9 pounds.
