Boxer Buddy
Hi all, I have a question. Whenever my husband or son hugs on our boxer boy Kaiser, he always looks around for Clarese and growls. He even growls if she's not in the room. He'll come looking for her and growl and sometimes even starts to fight her.
I don't know of a time when she has actually started a fight with him. It's always him with her. Alot of times they'll be playing and it gets ugly:( I usually let them work it out, but there has been times i've stepped in the middle and pulled (usually Clarese) them apart. I hate that noise(growling). I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this.

Thanks,

Oh yah! I can't pet King or Queen without the other one jumping up and biting or growling cause they are SO jealous. I have to crate one or the other just to love on them!!! They are SOOOO bad with the jealousy thing!! If you find a way to stop please let me know!!!

Boxer Booster
I'm having a little problem also. We just adopted a Weimaraner puppy, Daisy, who is only 8 weeks old. Lily, my Boxer, is 16 months old and is very jealous. She can't stand it if I hold her or anything and babies need to be held! I'm giving Lily lots of loving but it doesn't seem to help.

I'm also concerned because when they play, it seems so rough and I'm afraid Lily will hurt Daisy. When Daisy gets scared she goes under the couch or bed, then all of a sudden, she pounces on top of Lily, giving her a full body slam. lol I realize puppies bite, but Lily could really hurt the pup. Should I referee or leave them be when they play?

Thanks,
Laura
