I am new to the site and got my first boxer puppy in July. I have a close friend that has two grown boxers and I fell in love with them and decided to get one myself. He has changed my life so much. I, like some of you, live in Tennessee also. I work 45 minutes from home so I can't go check on my baby during the day so I am busting a gut to get home once I get off of work. All of my friends say I am a homebody now and I am. Once I get home to him, I don't want to leave him. He's my baby. His name is Jackson and he was born June 8, 2004. He is spoiled rotten but a very good baby. I was thrilled when I found this website and look forward to reading all of the boxer stories. I really can't imagine my life without Jackson. I have no idea what I did before he came along. He has brought me so much happiness. Another good friend of mine got a boxer in May named Dixie. She is about 6 months old now and beautiful. Some of my friends insisted that I go on a houseboat trip about a month ago and my friend and Dixie baby sat Jackson. I know it is good to get out every once and a while but I just enjoy him so much that I don't want to leave him. Well . . . so much for my introduction. I am looking forward to checking out everybody's babies.
