It is snowing here!!!Happy day!!!

Today we got up and all around were white.:D
I have never seen too much snow here in Athens,so we took Avra and went to the park.
It was the first time that she saw snow and she LOVED IT,she was running around like mad .
The park was full of groups of teenagers(the peoples age that Avra loves)which were throwing snowballs to her and she was trying to catch them,but she couldn't understand why they were melting.
She was running and running from group to other group wiggling her tail like mad ,she was rolling and jumping in the air and was trying to catch the snowflakes.
I have never seen her SO excited before:D
When we had to go she sat in front of our car and didn't want to get into..she looked at the park and then at the car...at the park ...at the car....and she looked so pitiful:(
I hope tomorrow will be a snowy day.

We know where you are coming from! Our Reno had never seen snow until today, because he was born in Texas, and just moved here with us last July. Today was the first day we had any snow the actually accumulated. He stepped outside and looked around and just started running! All of our babies just LOVE the snow. We were making little snowballs and throwing them and they were going nuts!! Better than their tennis balls!

It snowed here for the first time today also. We did not get much, just about half an inch. The boys did not pay much attention to it. I can't wait for a big snow to see how they act.
I bet Avra is sleeping good tonight!

First Snow

Our Monroe is 7 months now and we got our first light snow. When he went on the deck he went crazy (he is crazy any way. We call him our getto dog) running sliding now he keeps eating the snow it is so funny when we call his name he looks up with snow all over his face

Buster used to love the snow, but Obie doesn't see to really care about it.
The first snow, he did jump around a little and try to catch the falling flakes, but he doesn't play with the drifts and piles like Buster used to.
Obie just likes to push Winnie over :rolleyes: and pretend that she is a snowball that is trying to get larger.

Unfortunately the snow melted:( :( :(
It was so unusual that it was snowing here in Athens ,so it lasted only a week.
