hello i am new to the board.. i have a 12 week old fawn female nameed lexus.. sometimes she seems to walk kindof crooked.. im not sure if this is a boxer trait or what.. what could cause this or is this normal thanks for any input..

Welcome! My youngest female is almost 12 weeks. It's funny that you ask that because she does the same thing. I think that it's because her body is so awkward :D She doesn't do it all the time just sometimes when she is excited. I don't think you have anything to worry about, or else were both in trouble!!

I have no idea how to change the name, but you can ask a moderator. They would know.

We call Tucker "sidewinder" because he walks crooked. He even runs a little crooked. When we went to pick him up to bring him home my husband freaked out thinking he was "broken". Sorry to say we all pretty much had a laugh at his expense. I think it's just one of those traits that make boxers boxers.

Our new furbaby, Malibu, does that too. She is also about 12 weeks old. looks like her head and front shoulders are gong to turn right...and from her elly back are going straight ahead.

Dakota is 8wks old, and she walks crooked too. In fact, I think most puppies walk that way...not just Boxers.

It's just part of that clumsiness that makes puppies...puppies.

You can't. I noticed that on one of our new notes from Olly. Its so everyone does not get confused on who is who. I would like to change mine also! MandyMom sounds so OLD, and I'm only 26!:D
