Is one feeding a day recommended?

Per my vet when I was concerned about Cami not eating....."never seen a dog starve with a bowl of food sitting next to him".

Cami trained me to keep adding yummies to her food until she got what she wanted. Of course it differed with each meal. After a couple of weeks of this and that one particular vet visit we kicked that bad habit in the butt!

Now, she loves her slightly moistened kibble with the 3V cap in it for breakfast and her dinner which contains kibble and a small amount of canned food.

Our Bruce was exactly the same when he was about 6 monts old hev was the runt to and was quite skinny.We were thinking of feeding him once a day because he just wouldn't finish but i didn' give up and in the end he has started eating 2 meals & day And sometimes a treat of scrambled eggs for breakfasy sometimes. I put pamesan cheese into his food or sometimes a chicken stock but sometimes i don't need to bother It justb came to him and now at 11 months he has 2 meals a day I don't bother with biscuit at lunch he just has a tin of Winalot and for his tea Pro Plan biscuit and another tin of winalot so don't give up let me know how you get on
