Introducing a puppy to my 5 month old puppy

We brought home a new 10 wk old female and introduced her to my 5 month old male. We introduced them in a neutral location. When we got in the house the little female would not stop trying to attack my 5 month old. He's doing great, but whenever he gets close she tries to go psycho on him. Any suggestions?

Given her age I highly doubt it's anything more than puppy play, just very rough. She should learn through trial and error what kind of play is appropriate by how the other pup reacts to her. How does your 5 month old react when she acts this way?

he has been fantastic. He wasnt really my concern, though it was before we got the pup. But much to my surprise hes been great. The only thing he does that i wasnt sure of is that he tries to stand over her(im guessing to show dominance) and that will provoke her to go into gremlin mode(she sounds exactly like a gremlin) Also, i wasnt sure if it was normal that when she tries to get a toy hes playing with he gets a little snappy. I just dont want to allow something to go on that shouldnt. this is the first time ive owned two dogs at once so its all a little new to me. Maybe i should just relax and let them work it all out.
