Introduce puppy to other dog

I will be picking up my boxer puppy this Friday (9 weeks old/female). My gf has a Chihuahua (1 yr old male) and will moving in with me in 2 weeks for a period of 2 months. The Chihuahua has been around other dogs quite a bit but he sometimes has jealousy problem. Just last week her dog was backing up a 170 Mastiff (funny to see). What is the best way to introduce the 2 dogs to each other so that her dog become aggresive.

It takes time and I'm still learning

Hi there! Well I can't give you any advice on this because I am going through the same thing you are. I had my boxer baby for about 3 weeks now and just this week my hubby got his American Bulldog pup. Gee what fun am i having lots they are both females and both want to be near only me and they start to fight over me not kool. I heard it will take time and that but the boxer dones not stand down when it comes to push and suff. From a trianers point they said to get your pup around others and all and teach them so we are taking both pups around others pups and as well adults. We as well let them around other people. Join a boxer club or go to some of the outings where they allow you to take your pup get them use to it now then later. good luck and enjoy your new pup.
