I feed CS to my boys. They love it. I've tried rotating but they seem to only like the CS. I've never tried Innova but I also prefer the price tag on the CS.

I know this thread is old but after having tried both I lean towards the innova, the innova of choice for Athena and Apollo is Innova Evo. It is the absolute only food that they eat every morsel of, the salivate when we pull out the container and within minutes it's gone.
As far as ingredients go I like the innova evo better just because it is a higher percentage of meat content than other brands.
