Innova feeders...a question

How much do you pay for a 33lb. bag of regular Innova? I just went to a pet store and found it for 37$ and I was really suprised. I just visited my vet's clinic and checked- it is 45$ there. The problem is, the pet store I was at sells puppies, so my thrifty side is at odds with my ethical side. I don't want to support a business that sells most likely puppy-mill puppies.

I usually buy mine at a little pet food shop that sells only quality foods but it is across town- I feel good supporting a local business and he has a buy 10 bags get one free program. We just moved to this state, so I haven't been buying from there for long. The thing is I don't remember what I last paid (I know he slightly increased prices recently) and there isn't a sticker on the bag. I want to say it was 40-something.

So, what's the going price?

Well I think I used to pay $48 for the reg. 33lb. green bag of Innova and I now pay $52 for the Innova large breed senior in Charlotte, NC. If I were you and you are thinking about buying from the puppy store, I would definitely check out the expiration date on the bag first b/c that price almost sounds too good to be true and it may be expired...but ya never know

Oh I forgot...have you gone on their website and checked all your local retailers? Maybe you could call a couple of those stores and find out what the going rate is...just another thought!
