Innova changing their formulas...anyone have info? Good? Bad?

Guys Innova is changing their formula. I went to pickup dog food this evening and I noticed the bag was different. Then I noticed they had little notices up to Innova buyers stating that they were changing their formula and if we had any problems they would gladly accept returns.

I asked them about it they said Innova has not yet gotten them any details but the Adult Dog formula (in the green bag) that I Normally buy had already been changed. They also said Innova is changing all of their formulas and they were informed about 7 days ago. Anyone have any info on this? Generally formula changes aren't good.

I can tell you the bag is now slightly smaller and as a result I'm paying more per pound. So I would hope the quality is going up but thats rare today.

I don't have a list of what the old ingredients are, but here is their website with the ingredients in the food. I can see there is a label change, but the ingredients still look top notch IMO.

Changing EVO, too?

Have you heard if they have changed the EVO products? I just brought home a new case of EVO beef cans today, and noticed the food looked sorta watery compared to what it usually looks like. Thought it just might be that one can, but now I am wondering. The label looks the same, I will have to investigate further.

I took a closer look at my Evo cans, and the labels are identical. Perhaps the liquid just seperated during shipment on this can. If the second can looks the same, I think I will take the case back for exchange.

I use California Natural Herring and Sweet Potato by Natura same makers of Innova and the only thing I notice was the bag change and the sign I saw was their food is melamine and ethoxiquin free. Innova is also coming out w/ a red meat version. I checked their website and nothing has changed.
