I am so sorry to hear about your baby. I went through this in July, my boy Gunther had Alimentary Lymphoma and showed no overt signs of the disease until he became extremly symptomatic (vomiting, diahreah, loss of appetite, extreme and sudden weight loss, difficulty swallowing ect). It took just five short weeks from the onset of symptoms and diagnosis to the point when I had to help him to the bridge. It seemed as though I had a perfectly healthy baby one day and the next he was gone. He was by the way only 5 1/2 yrs old. This disease is unfair and unfortunately all too common in boxers and the prognosis is always poor, even with chemo. I decided as you did not to go through the chemo since it doesnt give them much more quality time. As far as the stages go I can only tell you that once Gunther started prednisone he showed improvement, although he did not gain the 20 pounds he lost back. Two weeks later he started regressing again and a week later he would not eat at all, was lethargic and would look at me as if to say help me dad. That was it I felt obligated to end my boys pain even though it was the hardest most painful decision I have ever had to make. I wish, more than you can know right now, that you will have a different experience than I had, but after diagnosis their time is measured in weeks. Enjoy the time you have left, stay positive for your baby and make the best of whatever time you have left, you will be glad you did. You and your baby are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi there, just wanted to see if there was an update on Indy? I know what your going through and am so very sad for you. I hope things are going ok
