He took really well to it. I was surprised. They had some in the section with carriers and booster seats and things for vehicles for about $35-40. Then I went over to the section for leashes and harnesses (which is really all it is) and they had one there that was one size fits most for half the price. So, that is the one I got and it works just fine, it still has the chest pad and is also rated for car accidents.
Although, I don't care for how it fastens in, you put the seatbelt down through the opening on the back. But, you can get a connector for the hook and buckle that part in without using the seatbelt itself. I think I'll get one of those and try it.
