Immune system boost

Hi I have 6 mnts old boxer and since I got him his immune system was very low ...Max spent most of his life with me on meds / mostly antibiotic and now he has really bad cold ( on the tail of finishing 6 weeks of antibiotics for skin bacterial infection) ...how do I help my pup boost his immune system? What can I give him for his cold? Please help

Make sure that you feed him a healthy diet. You can give fish oil and Vitamin C. Ester C is best and easiest on his stomach. When you pup is on antibiotics, make sure that you give some natural yogurt everyday. It will help get the good bacterias back into you pups gut that have been killed by the antibiotics. If your dog is coughing a little honey will help to ease it. You can also give Robitussin DM. Here is an article on over-the counter meds that you can give your dog.
