I'm sorry for your loss. You'll always be her mom, regardless of whether she is here or at the Bridge. You may have had to let her go, but you can keep her memory with you always! She would want you to be happy, so try to smile in rememberance of the good times you had with your baby. It's hard to smile now, I know, but it will come.

I am in tears as I read this post. First I want to tell you how sorry I am that you have lost your baby. You will always be Madison's mom. You have all of those wonderful memories and she will always be with you in your heart. I lost my Abby over 6 yrs ago and there isn't a day goes by that I don't think about her. Oh sweetie! I'm so sorry. I dread the day I have to let one of my babies go. The pain is great now, no doubt, but try to find the comfort in knowing that Maddie is no longer sick and she is up there having a blast with all those sweet babies who met her at the gate. As everyone else has said, you will always be her mommy....nothing can take that away from you, certainly not death. God gave Maddie to you and he'll bring you back together one day. Who knows why he took Maddie, but he obviously needed the help from a very special angel. Run free sweet Maddie, and send mommy the comfort she desperately needs right now.
