I'm Getting my Boxer!!!!!

Hey everyone, finally I am getting my boxer. We are going Sunday to the breeder, heres the story.

I convinced my family that a boxer is the right choice, so we called up the breeder and asked if they had any smaller, female dogs. One mother 45 pounds and the breeder says that it will likely grow the same size as the mother. It also is fawn, with natural ears (as we prefer). I hope it hasn't found a new home... but I'm gonna call tomorrow to reserve if I can.

Anyways, my family is very exited (especially me!!!) :D I'm puppy proofing my house, as well as getting some last reading done. I went to a couple of pet stores today and compared prices, finding the best values. I can stay in those store for hours... :p

Anyways, I'm just really really really exited and I wanted to tell the world. If anyone is interested, as soon as I get pictures scanned, I'll show you my pup!

Boxerworld is a brilliant resource for new boxer parents and I wish I'd known about it when my two were puppies as I had lots of questions about their behaviour which I now know to be perfectly normal.

You'll soon learn all the jargon too, such as kidney beaning (when your dog wags it's whole back end, not just it's tail) and see it put into practice by your little one.

Boxer Puppy + Digital Camera

Good luck with getting your little monster..... The only advice I can tell you is to get a digital camera for your next purchase..... You'll run out of film quickly, and you can put them online or just on your desktop much easier...
