Diesel2002
Boxer Buddy
Lake County
The park is on Milwaukee Avenue, before you get to Route 120, and north of Route 137 (If you are coming from Libertyville heading toward Gurnee). It's called "Independence Grove dog exercise area" If you go to the Lake County Forest Preserves District website you can get all the 411. (lcfpd.org) You do need a permit, but like I said, you can pay as you go with little envelopes they provide at the park. If you like it and want to buy a year-long permit you can do so on the website or call in. Buying a permit from the county gets you into ALL of the dog parks county-wide.
