Low quality foods, foods filled with carbs and sugar, typically is pretty tasty the second time through the system. That's because the dog can not digest all those fillers and undigestibles, so it remains in their poop. So......if the dog is still hungry, wants a snack or is lacking some nutritional ingredient, then the poop is an alternative for them.
