I am so sorry to hear of your situation, and I sincerely hope that you can find a solution. Do your parents have a backyard big enough to put a kennel in the bacK? They do range in different sizes and if you were to find a sturdy kennel and put an enclosed dog house inside the kennel to protect from rain etc...then that might be a short time solution until you guys get back on your feet. It will also keep Maci seperated from the other pups. Maci will understand if you needed to kennel her during the day when you are at work, and I am sure that she will be so grateful to you for taking her out of the situation she is currently in.....Good luck to you, it will all work out in the end, I promise!

Just wanted to send some prayers your way. So sad for your situation. If we lived in the UK we'd help in a minute. You've been given lots of suggestions which unfortunately will not work for you. How about a relative or a friend of a friend. There must be some animal lovers out there that would be willing to help. I feel so bad and wish there was something I could do. How come you can't work until your daughter is 4.5? I understand if you would rather stay home b/c a lot of moms want to stay home. I would LOVE to stay home w/ my 20 month old

Can your mom watch your daughter while you work? I know it might not be ideal for your daughter or for Maci but at least it is a start and you can get your own place and keep her

Oh, I just read your thread and I am soooo sorry to hear about what you are going through. Please know you are in my prayers and I am sending positive vibes your way. I hope your situation works out to your benefit so that you can keep Maci. You sound like you love her a lot and have given her a great home. Please keep us up to date. I called my mum about 2hrs ago to ask this and my dad has put his foot down and said no he said its not fair on maci to be kept out in the cold and its not fair on his dogs to have another dog on their teritory (sp)

Mum and dad have said a firm no and i am not to ask them again and told me 'she is just a dog' while i had to bite my tounge as i knew i would loose it then i would be looking for a place for Maci, my daughter and me to live

Mum works 12.5 hrs shifts looking after problem teenagers so its not possible for mum to look after my daughter and my dad runs his own business and works 12hrs a day so he can't look after her either. I will be doing all my dads paper work and accounts when i move back. Childcare cost so much in this area so its not worth working full time, on the wages that i would earn would pay for the childcare and rent but thats it.

I am soooo sad for you.I also am ageeing with alot of others buy saying that if you are in touch with the rescue,maybe they could foster Maci for a while 'till you get back on your feet.I know this might be hard to accept but the main priority is that you and your daughter get out of such bad relationship.I send strength and wisdom vibes to help you find a solution to all of this.

SO sorry to hear about the situation, I would be in tears too if I had to leave my baby. Do you have any friends/family who live anywhere near where you live or are moving to? Anybody that you trust to watch Maci? I guess it's good that your mum and dad are looking out for their dogs' best interest also, it's just too bad that they dont get along with maci. Wish I lived closer so I could help. This might be crazy but is there like a long-term doggy daycare or doggy ranch that would keep Maci for a couple months, like a kids's summer camp type thing if you know what I mean.

i have tried everyone i know and no one can take her. I have called the rescue again to ask them to go ahead with finding her a foreverhome. I don't know how ling i have left eith her but she is being spoiled at the mo, sleeping on my bed and snuggleing up on the sofa (she is not alowed normaly) its really hard both Maci and Leonie (daughter) knows something is going on as they are both being good and they both keep giving me cuddles and kisses everytime i am crying. I am trying to be strong for the pair of them but it is so hard not to break down. I haven't been able to eat or sleep since thursday morning and i feel like cr*p and that it is my fault as i am the one making the choice to move back with my mum, but i can't stay here and put up with it no longer otherwise i am gonna lose it its not healthy for my daughter nor Maci to be brought up with the arguing

Thank you... I wish i could keep her but things are getting worse at home. btw she doesn't get on with other dogs (she puts up with male boxers only, she is spayed)
