I have searched for over an hour for the molefoam web link. Can someone repost it?

Brooke knocked her cup off this morning. Due to there still being some scabby places on her ears, the ear tech wants to wait until friday to tape. Well I want to avoid tape entirely. Right now, Brooke is 4 hours free earing. and they are standing beautifully. They do need a bit of work tho. However this tells us "per the ear tech" that her ears should be a piece of cake to post. I uploaded pics this morning, in my gallery and you can see what I am talking about.

I actually tried the molefoam a few months back and unfortunately it did not work for me. I got my pup at 5 1/2 months from the breeder and hated posting and taping as did Ramos. He has a long show crop and heavy ear leather and at 9 months old we just stopped posting but are still taping (free taping). His ears are FINALLY standing. I dread walking through the door every time I come home in fear of seeing one of those ears flopped over again, it has been a very stressful process for the both of us. Anyway, the mole foam comes in one size, and if you have a long show crop it may come up short. Cute pics, by the way, but it was hard to tell how long the crop is on Romeo. Ramos could get the bottom part dislodged from his ear and it was almost impossible to get it set down right again, and if you have to remove it for whatever reason, it is very uncomfortable for the boy, because of the surgical adhesive (although removing tape is not that much fun for them either). Some swear by this method and I have seen it work beautifully, it is just a difficult method to use with long show cropped boxers and the sites on this are not all that explicit in their directions and the pictures are often not the greatest. Julie (moderator) did give me a couple of sites that were pretty good you may want to check those out. You want to make sure when initially using this method that you set the base well into the bottom of the ear (for support) if it isn't, a good ol fashion boxer head shake will dislodge it with ease. The morale is, after all of this rambling, if you find that you need two pieces of mole foam for one ear, it probably wont work for you, but if one piece works it is worth a shot, many people and breeders now swear by this method. actually right now she is 24 hours post cup falling off and her ears are still standing beautifully. Just need to be shaped. "0)

Hang in there. Oskar has a long show crop also and we posted and taped for just over a year. His ears are just beautiful! It's frustrating and you will want to give up but it's worth it in the end. I'll tell you our next one will have floppies!

We use 3M™ Remover Lotion to remove the surgical adhesive from my daughter. She uses and insulin pump and the catheter site uses very strong adhesive to hold it in place

Thats awesome that her ears are still standing, although that may change in a day or two, still 24 hours and they are still standing on their own is excellent and very unusual. Ramos' ears would stand like a champ when he would throw off his post and tape, and then several hours later.......the big droop. If the bottome cartiledge (bell area) is hard enough to support the ears already, then you are in great shape, I wish I had that kind of luck with Raymos. Keep us posted, this ear thing for me has been a living nightmare, i would love to hear about a trouble free experience.
