I fear we are near the end

and I am just so sad. Jax spends most of his time sleeping these days. He has gotten so bad in 6 short months. January of this year we were happily going for a routine check up. My vet found the murmur and it has all been downhill from there. I just had to go somewhere (here) and vent over this, cry over this and feel sad.

I love looking at the pics of the babies here. It warms my heart when I watch him sleep. Thank you for being here.

I am so sorry to hear about Jax. It must be terrible to watch a loved one's health start to decline. I will keep you in my prayers and send lots of good vibes to Jax. Ty sends your pup a healing hug!!

So sorry to hear about Jax. :( I, too, had to watch a very loved boxer mix slowly die of cancer and it was just heartwrenching. My heart goes out to you and your family. We will remember you with thoughts and prayers and send a few (((((((feel better))))))) vibes to Jax.

Thank you all so much. It is hard to watch knowing there is nothing I can do to turn this around. We concentrate on making every day count at this point. Again, thanks for just being out there, a place I can come to when it just gets too sad.

I'm so sorry to hear about Jax. It is so hard to watch our babies and not be able to help them. When Cadence was really sick, I turned here to BW all the time and it really helped me through our ordeal. Our journey was only about a month and a half, from diagnosis to Rainbow Bridge, but everyone here was very supportive and caring. Come to us anytime. We are all here for you.
I'm sending all the (((((((((((healing vibes))))))))))))))) I have and Colby and Skye send Jax lots of wiggles.

My thoughts are with your family and Jax. I know it is difficult to see Jax this way, but have as many good moments together as you can. I remember I would just sit with Brooklyn for a while and pet him while he was ill. It helped both of us.
