I have found myself having conversations in my head, trying to convince myself not to stalk the nice boxer parents. I am telling myself please don't go up and strike up a conversation just because you want to meet their dog. Don't give them unsolicited information . It never works

It happens to us all. I was driving home in the snow yesterday and the truck in front of me stopped at the light and a beautiful boxer head popped out of the window. I pulled up to her at the next light and was gestering that I had a boxer (looking like a fighter) she rolled down her window laughing telling me I had bad road rage and was I looking for a fight. Then we taked about our boxers. Her's was a rescue from the side of the road. Never owned or considered a boxer before 5 years later she will never be without one.

At least she thought I had road rage and wasn't a stalker ;)

GROWLED at my dog! I just about jumped out of my skin! I've never seen a boxer act so impolite! I guess he learned it from the owner!

They say dogs will pick up some traits of their owners. Grumpy owner equals grumpy dog! lol :)

Completely Boxer Crazy
While I was walking Nikita one day, a couple driving by me actually stopped and reversed back. They jumped out of their vehicle wanting to say hi to Nikita. Well it turns out that they also have a male fawn boxer and we found out they live around the corner from us. So, there shall be lots of playdays!!
I cannot walk to my local Petsmart without the staff babying my Nikita. She's very friendly with people, and doing all sorts of tricks! We went through a very difficult period when we first got Nikita. We were told she had dog to dog aggression, so it was hard to take her at first to the pet shops because as soon as she saw other dogs she would GROWL and invite a fight (she's in training school, doing much better). And it was definitely not the fault of us, the OWNERS!

Well, he better get used to that kind of attention! As boxer owners, I'm sure you all know about all the attention you get anytime you and your baby go somewhere! Everywhere I go, people want to pet Chief and get kisses!

I had to drive to Kokomo yesterday to get my babies their food. No one in my area has any good dog food. :( While I was there I over heard this man talking to the store clerk about just rescuing a white male boxer and he was out in the car with his wife. Well I'm sure you guys know what I did next. I had to go over there and start talking to him. He had just picked him up and was looking for a collar and leash. I helped him pick out the size because he was about the same size as Atlas. Well of course when I left I had to go to the van and see him. He was so handsome. He was all white with a brindle patch over his right eye. I got lots of kisses and then I was on my way.

This is why we are called Crazy. We would never do this...Yea right.
