How to make a Boxer puppy woo woo

1. Go to petsmart and buy a light blue, soft, stuffed dog that has five squeekers - one in each paw and one in the tummy ($10).

2. Bring it home and raise it infront of puppy where he can't reach it.

3. Start squeeking atleast 3 squeekers at the same time, over and over and over...

4. Keep doing so until... Boxer puppy gets annoyed and woo woos!!

It works with my Wilson EVERY TIME . I know it's really mean of me, and I promise I don't do it often at all hehe, but it's the only way I know he will woo woo! And Boxer woo woos are the funniest, cutest, sweetest sound ever! Melts my hearts .

That is how we get winston to woo woo. Squeeking his squeeky ball. It doesn't take long.
I've been saying "SPEAK!" to him in between squeeks, then when he woos, I stop squeeking and say "Good Speak!!!" I am hopeful that this will one day be all it takes to get him to woo on command.
The squeeking is so annoying.

I believe it's the tone and pitch of sounds like the squeek in a ball that make our boxers woo-woo. With Xena & Spirit, we just keep extra New Years horns around the house and whenever we want to hear a woo-woo, we blow the horns and it never fails to send them to woo-woo land! :D Balloons work too. We blow them up and let the air out of them slowly and the squeek it makes will always fetch us the woo-woo song! I don't think your Wilson is getting annoyed with you or the toy...I think he just WOVES the squeek! :p

Mystique likes to be center of attention so all it takes to get her to woo-woo is I tell one the other dogs they good baby and she will woo-woo to tell you not to forget about her(as if we ever could..). Sometimes of we woo-woo at her she will do it back, so we are trying to perfect this method of getting the woo-woo.

Cleo woos almost every time she wants something but the biggest, saddest sounding and loudest ones come when she wants something (usually a bone or toy) that Jakes has. She also woo woos when he's cuddling with me and she wants him to MOVE. she'll sit there and woo woo like crazy! Funny little girl. Jake is so laid back, he just totally ignores her! LOL
