How to decrease the size of a photo...

Want to add some pics in my Gallery but the pics seem to be to big... Any tips?

Try gimp www.gimp.org its small open source and totally free and it is as good as photoshop.

I've changed the file size/quality on my camera, no faffing about now resizing

If you use Irfanview make sure they are saved in Jpeg format. The format that it is preset to makes the pics too big even at 640x480.
