How Many Boxers

I have been owned by three boxers in my life so far.

When I was 16 I saved up all my money and bought my first boxer, Jeni. She is now at Rainbow Bridge:( She unfortunately died at the young age of 4 from a brain tumor.

I now have two boxers, Tegan (6), and Owen (3). I could never imagine my life without at least one boxer. They are great dogs.

I was born in 1957 and since then these babies have owned me:

Major 1956-1968
Beau 1971-1985 (he was part boxer and part dalmation - fabulous dog!)
Shiloh 1985-1998 (My heart) and presently
Indy 1998 -
Beauty 1994

Boz is our 1st boxer (he's actually the 1st dog I've ever had) I would never go with any other breed. We're currently looking for a rescue to add to the family :D

Benson is the first Boxer to own me and he won't be the last... I don't think I would ever own any other breed of dog!!

Cute Thread!

Duke was my first boxer, he was white with a brown patch around his left eye. I need to post pictures of him, he was beautiful. I had to give him back to my ex boyfriend when we split up. I really didnt want to because he didnt take good care of him, and Duke ended up having a litter of pups and getting sold.
So I went looking for another dog, ran into some great Breeders in Abilene Tx, having thier LAST litter ever, and these adorable pups come running out and tumbling over each other. I really didnt want a fawn, and they were all fawn, so I told my husband...these werent them. Then this tiny fawn female decides she's going with me...and that was my Sayde Lynn...
Ram was given to me by a lady in rescue that I met at the park a couple times and finally I told her that I'd take him. 2 weeks later I lost Sayde Lynn
We got Lexus 4 months later.
So that's 4 boxers for me.

Three here....maybe four someday soon.

Sophia (1986-1999) - She was our first boxer.
Daniella (1997-?) - Number 2 that we got on mom's birthday in 1997 because we couldn't bear the thought of being boxerless when and if Sophia did pass to the rainbow bridge.
Boomer (2000-?) - my 2 year-old kidney-beaning tornado.

I'd love to add number four, but I'll have to wait until that pay raise comes through.

Brogan is my first boxer and definitely not my last! I can't wait to get another. I have grown up with dogs, but no one in my family has owned or knew of someone with a boxer. Since Brogan, my family also agrees that there is no other breed they would choose when they get another dog Brogan has not only convinced my family, but my friends too. The boxer is now their choice breed as well:D
