How big should be at at 17 months?

Well Diesel and I went to the beach were there just happend to be another boxer. The dogs got along great, but the the other dogs owner said that Diesel looks small for his age. I would like to know what weight should he be around at his age?

Nobody can answer that really. At that age he should be pretty well full grown and so when Boxers range from 40 pounds to 90 pounds at this point I'd say he should weigh what he should weigh. My first male Boxer was 82 pounds in his prime, my current male Boxer is only 67 and my female is 60 so they can range drastically. As long as he is an appropriate weight for him you can see 1-2 of his ribs, he has a waist, and he's on a healthy food then I wouldn't compare him to anybody else.
