I have a question in regards of handling issue with pup not taking care of buisness completely outside... One can take rosie(pups name) out and sit for twenty, thirty, forty-five minutes waiting for her to go...sometimes she will go right away, and sometimes it takes a few minutes to go..problem is she may go poo outside and three minutes latter once in house pee..how do I control or correct this in a better manner...failed to mention she is 14 weeks old

At 14 weeks you still have a bit to go before she's going to completely grasp the whole concept of where to potty - like when she's about 6 months. ;) Right now it just comes down to your management. Treat and praise her for doing her business outside, if she doesn't finish her business take her back inside for five minutes and either put her in her crate or tether her to you with a leash (this way she's not left to wander off and finish her business elsewhere). When 5 minutes is up, take her back out. I would keep your potty trips on regular 30-45 intervals, as you get to know her bathroom needs to can adjust the length between your trips accordingly. I would also not let her have free-reign of the house, if you can't watch her then crate her or tether her to you. If you should catch her in the act, just get her attention and take her outside (don't get mad ;)). Of course don't skimp on the praise and treats. Good luck.

she is getting better, i have to say that the last week has been tiresome...the two, three AM walks can wear one out. back to questions if she seems to not want to go but rather come inside should I applige or be persistent and stay out. she can run around for 30min to hour and not go while outside. I am still trying to learn her, I am assuming that right after eating and drinking applies more to even younger pups as far as going. She can eat and it may be two to three sometimes four hours before she will go

From what I have heard boxer pupies at 13 weeks just have fully developed bladders. So things will get better with the more development of bladder and control over it.
With Emee we stayed outside for a while at night and go out maybe three times a night. Treats work wonders to get them to go outside and a lot of praise right after. If she goes right after you came in all I do is trying to stop her in the act and pick her up and take her where you want her to go. Emee does the same thing sometimes. You will do this over and over again. I still find myself doing this a 5 months. So be consistant it will work!!!
