Hotdog - really dumb question....

do you guys cook the hotdogs if you use them as treats or just cut them up and use them raw?

Whichever way you or your dog prefers Hotdogs are pre-cooked anyway, so it really doesn't make a lot of difference. If you don't use a treat-bag when training, you might find they make less mess of your pocket if you cook them again though

I just cut them up right out of the package, but yeah they are a bit slimy. The dogs love them.

thanks, thats what i thought. seems kinda gross to put raw hot dog in your mouth when i'll eventually train the "watch me" command. maybe i'll switch to ham or something more palletable for those training sessions.
