Boxer Buddy
My lil guy is covered in them currently. I know that his is caused from this field we go to. He gets them right after we visit the field but not usually to bad. On Wednesday he was there for 2hrs running and playing with other dogs and the hives are everywhere. I feel so bad for him and I dont think we will be going back there again.. Watching him so uncomfortable breaks my heart.

Completely Boxer Crazy
Zoe had the same thing. Her's were about the same, probably worse than the pics you showed. She also did not seem bothered, but it is disturbing to look at. Both ourselves and the vet believe she is getting bit by mosquitoes. She is also super sensitive like Raiden.

I agree with the Benedryl. I'm not all for drugging my dog, but it sure has helped. Good news is the new house doesn't have woods, so less bugs. So avoidance is the best, but I understand that is not always possible. Otherwise, stock up on Benedryl (good thing it's cheap!)
