Ok our boxer baby Daisy recently ran out of her SOlid Gold Wolf Cub, and we just gave her some rice, veggies, chicken, tuna and some Mackeral for a couple of days. We actually noticed her gas went away. Well hubby finally made it to the store to get her dry food. He got her the Solid Gold Wolf King and we gave her some on Saturday afternoon. Now this late afternoon we notice she has hives or welts on both sides where the hair is but not on her belly or anywhere else. They are pretty big, like the size of a quarter!! We gave her the Benadryl we had on hand which was only 22mgs. She is 52 lbs, hubby is going to run out to get more, I just wanted to get some into her fast.
Could she having a reaction from the King food??
Should we call the Vet?? She is acting normal and ate good today.
