I haven't seen it lately but i always look for it.
Coincidentally Lily got attacked unprovoked by a mastiff (but not Neopolitan)2x at the doggie park. Luckily the mastiff was wearing a muzzle so she had a big pinch bruise on her back and not a puncture.
Lily was terrified. What was scary was that the dog seemed so docile and friendly just minutes earlier. Freak.
