hide and seek

for those of you who haven't tried it yet, you MUST, its too much fun. After playing the come game for a couple of weeks, we started to go in different rooms so he learns to come to us no matter where we are. This worked, but only for a few times, he got board really quick and would leave us standing there and go take a nap. To make it exciting we started hiding in a room while he was held in a different room, we say come and he would start looking for for us like crazy he would get so excited trying to find where that voice came from and when he finds one of us he gets sooo happy. We did it for two hours last night and he couldn't get enough, we had some fun too

Junior loves hide and seek...as do I. I find the shower to be a good hiding spot.

I will do that with Lucy (patch always finds me) I will run into the bathroom when she is outside and hide behind the door and she comes tearing in and will stop at the bathroom look in (wont see me) then i start giggling as I watch her peek her head in each room and back to the bathroom until she finds me. I am usually giggling so hard that she finds me

This is too funny, I was wondering if other dogs played this. We hold Crash or take him to another room while someone goes to hide. We say "Where's Matt?" and Crash will run to every room, tub and closet until he finds them. He will whine until he finds him and gets excited when he does. I crack up every single time. He never gives up!

They are just to smart and funny for thier own good, the best dogs!!

This is one of Bruce's favourite games too! And he knows now as soon as we say 'where's ...?' to go off looking for one of us?! We've just started letting him upstairs this week so now we have even more places to hide...!
