Hi my name is Terry, I'm Xena mom. I found This great,wonderful broad when my Xena got sick. I'm sure glad I found it-Ilove it.Xena just turned 1 Feb.9 2001.I love boxers they are the best. I don't know if I'm supose to tell my story here or were Because I'm still tring to figure the broads out. But here it is.
as I was growing up I have always been fond of the boxer,I just love there look. So after I got married and had my son ,my husband started traveling for work.So I told him I wanted to get a boxer, he said icould only if I got a brindle. So I started looking in the paper I found an ad, the boxer pups were about 70miles from me I had him call I was so excited. They told him that they were beautiful and he would not reget the ride.We would go home with one.The man was not lying. We ended up leaving with our Roxy(Roxann) All the way home we fought over who was going to hold her. My son freaked when he saw her.She became apart of our family sometimes I think she was spoiled more than the kids. Then we had our daughter. In the summer when the kids got a little older I brought them a swing pool a kiddy pool. when the kids would go swimming Roxann was the frist one in the kids would come running into the house and tell me Roxann won't get out of the pool and shes hugging the pool. She was wonderful with my childern. My daughter was about 2 she was standing at the door and I guest Roxann did't feel good about it,so she went and stood inbetween the door and kristin. I tought that was great. She ended up getting breast cancer when she was 5 she had one breast removed. then when she was about 11 she got more lumps. I took her to the vets and they did an x-ray of her chestand the cancer had spread to her lungs and her body. so she was suffering and I had to make that call, It was the hardest one I ever had to make. I could not bear to let her suffer. That would be selfish on my part. We laid her to rest. I cried for months. I also had a Shar-pi he was wonderful with Rox's he would always make sure Rox's face was clean. he was the perfect gentalmen. HE got sick about 2 years after Rox I had to lay him to rest too. We had many good years together. Just before rox was laid to rest a jack russell came to my door. I put an ad in the paper for a lost dog no one replyed so I kept her. I started to bug my husband for a boxer I felt empty without one in my life. So I started looking in the paper and found one about 5 mile from me. SO I called this time. He had one left out of the litter and it was the only dark brindle the other pups were the lite brindle. I told him that because she was waiting for me. God just knew I wanted a dark brindle. Now we have Xena and boy is she beautiful. She just had little sick spell but we hope she will be alright. She is getting back to herself. We only have one problem My jack Kita is wanting to be boss or head leader and Xena is not taking to kind to that. So we are having little fights. I'm having bad feeling about it because of my love for boxers. I love kita but she in really not my style.I just hope that they will get over it,its really hard for me to see them fight and I'm afraid that Xena will really hurt kita. Because Xena is not going to take it. Wow that was long but thats my story. PS I need to know how to move the icons?
