Hi Kt,
Everything you said above is quite right.
Not a lot of people fully understand. The most common reaction is that we exagerate and have to move on;
Wich we do of course but the healing takes time.
My family and I are thinking off getting an other one but I think not before the summer.
That way we can start fresh, not linking the new Puppy to Rosie.
Beye... Chri

Hello Chri, welcome to our world, we are getting to be a United Nations with all of the different countries posting. partyicon Are you getting another Boxer soon? If that is not possible you are welcome to share ours for as long as you would like.:) We are owned by Sergeant, he is a brindle and 6 years young, he has natural ears, and as all boxers are, he is a clowicon

Hello,

Thanks for the kind offer to come and 'share' Sergeant for a while, but Canada is a bit far for a few days.
No wories however, My family and I cope with the loss and healing has begun. It takes a bit of time of course, but we'll be fine in the end.
We (my doughter of 4 and I) are thinking of taking a puppy after the summer.
For the time being, I enjoy communicating with kindred spirits like yours.
Hope to see you some time in the chat room.

Bonsoir Chri,

Christina & Olly.....

I took two years of French in college...it was fun trying to see if I could remember what I learned!! Got some of it...but not much...sorry to read "your mail", but I did enjoy the French lesson!!

Welcome Christina

I'm also so sorry and glad you found the board. Just wanted to say Welcome

In reply to Olly....

I had 4 semesters of French in college for my BA Degree; barely made it out of there!! Had an excellent teacher, tho. Just never use it and can only remember bits and pieces. You definitely would have your work cut out helping me!!! LOL!!!

And welcome, Christina!

Don't be!
Boxers and -lovers speak the universal language of snorting, drewling, barking, and the body-language of swaying the behind, etc...
The most importend thing is that we understand each other (even with a writing erroro here and there)
