Congratulations and welcome. You are about to have your heart stolen by your little boy! Now as far as the name, we didn't name either of our babies until we met them. When we picked Porter up from the airport (in a snow storm), we had 3 names we were throwing around but when we met him, we knew he was Porter.
I would get 2 or 3 names you like and when you meet your guy, you'll know.
You must be so excited!! Can't wait to see picts. Happy Pre-Spoiling.

Hehe. Kit didn't have a name until a week after we had her. We had everybody suggesting every name in the book, and we were just always like "no, no, no, no,etc" The funny thing was that we thought of Kit first before we got her. I was thinking Kaia, Kora, sage (which I always thought as a girl name- but it also means a greenish herb), Elsa, Mocha, but none of them fit. We were then going to name her maggie fitzgerald because thats the name of the female human boxer in the million dollar baby! That didn't fit either, so eventually we were like, ok we have to start calling her something... so we just went back to kit for some reason. We never felt "OH THATS IT!!" We just started using it and within a few days it just seemed right. We also didn't want anything with too many syllables for training purposes, although I have heard different views on importance of that. Anyway, good luck! We looked up names of Gods and Goddesses online if thats something you are into. There are tons of names out there and many people who will have suggestions, but only you will know whats right once you get him and spend time with him. If all else fails, just ASK HIM what his name is. LOL.

I'd probably wait until you see him and then decide. Does the breeder have a name she calls him? We recently added a Shih Tzu to our house and at first I named him Yogi..I liked the name but my husband and the kids didn't. Finally, after about 1 week being called Yogi, he got a new name (had to keep everybody happy) and is now Barkley. His new name fits him to a tee. He loves to bark!

Thanks guys...I have narrowed it down to Rocco Cesur and Zeus...I think I'll descide one of those three when I see the little man. Thanks for all the help

As for names, go with what you like. Try not to let other people sway you too much. Rocco, Cesur, and Zeus are all great names! Please let us know what name suits your new addition.
(I made a list of all the names I liked, ran them by the boyfriend, and we picked out our top choices. We fell in love the name Panzer... but our families teased us. They thought his nickname would be "Pansie," like the flower!)
