Hi all, I'm new to this forum all though I have been looking for about 2 wks. We have 3 white boxers, Bully who is going to be 11 this July and we have just gotten twins Cleo and Dozer who are 8 wks old. I had forgotten what it was like to have boxer pups but I am remembering fast!! LOL! The twins have me up every morning at 6 for Breakfast. At the min they are being little sods because it is raining they have decided they don't have to go outside to toilet! Hoping this will pass as they get older.

Hello and welcome to Boxerworld :) I hope you enjoy it.

Things will get better with the housetraining and rain - kind of. LOL - they'll still hide inside, but at least they'll also hold their bladders and grudgingly go out when there's finally no alternative ;) Or at least, that's what my guy is doing right now...

I just don't remember Bully ever being like this but then it was 10 + yrs ago when I was training him!! I'm sure they will get use to it and they are still just babies after all.

Hello, and welcome to BW, from me and Millie in London...It's funny how you forget all the puppy stuff when you have an older dog...We had Poppy till she was thirteen..Then, when we got Millie, I'd forgotten all about house training, teething, and having to put everything out of the 'baby's' reach!.........It will get better! :)

This is so true... The babies reach just about everything when they put their mind to it!! They work as a team the lttle sods. But we love them anyway.

Hi and Welcome. I have two new pups also. Carson is 13 weeks today (Sunday) and Echo will be 11 weeks tomorrow (Monday).

The baby I just lost was White and she was 8 1/2 yrs old.

Yes, this rain really makes housebreaking take a few steps (ok a lot of steps) back! Its raining in buckets and its very raw and windy..pups ARE NOT happy campers. I put down their "pee pads" in the breezeway where they normally exit to go outside. Its working..for now..I know my other White baby would hold it till her eyeballs popped when it was raining!!

These 2 would just get out of their bed and go in the middle of the living room floor. I have had to put them in the kitchen which seems to be working as it's the kitchen door they use to go out. I have put puppy pads down by the door and it seems to be a hit and miss thing at the min. It only seems to be wee which I'm not really understanding. They will go out instead of mess in the kitchen. Fussy things!! LOL!!

Hello from an expecting mother

Congratulations on your new twins!!!! Don't worry it won't rain forever and they will learn. Good luck and I hope you find this site as informative as I do!
