Just joined yesterday, but have owned boxers for 10 years. We lost our beloved Tiger, a gorgeous brindle, last year in August to lymphoma. Got Dixie, a flashy fawn, in November. We rescued her from a breeder who was keeping her outside in a kennel. She was kept as the pick of the litter, developed mange, and even though it resolved itself, she had not been placed in a home. I told the breeder I wanted her and she gave her to us. She's a love!! We have five kids - two teenagers, a 10 year old, and 3-year old twins. Perfect home for an active boxer :) We also have a chow/lab mix that followed me home 6 years ago. I'm glad to be on board, and have some questions to ask later.
