Hi from Phelps, NY

I have been coming to this website since 2003 and I don't think I ever posted. I have a male flashy brindle 4 year old (well almost 4, Feb 17th) named Max. A very good boy.Friday night, We rescued a 2 1/2 year fawn female. Her name is Xia (pronounced Zia). She nipped at a toddler and the owners were going to take her to a shelter. Friends of theirs (my neighbors) called me and we raced over to get her. She is VERY thin. You can see every rib and every bone on her spine. She's a bit skiddish too, but a real lover. We've never had more than one dog, so it's an adjustment time for all of us. She has a vet appointment tonight . I hope she gets a clean bill of health.I'm not sure how to post pictures, but as soon as I figure it out I'll show them off.
