HI well i dont know if you know yet but they have found bird flu in germany! If you read the stars and stripes there is an article saying keep your cats indoors (dont know if you have one) and keep your dogs on a leash. The article came out of Berlin i dont really know exactly where Graf is or if it is even close to Berlin but i my boys are always on a leash anyways. I just thought id let you know in case you hadnt seen it. I think a cat died of it already and theyve found bird flu in France too! I dont want to be paranoid but there are always a bunch of Ravens around our house and the boys like to Woo Woo at them! They are such goofballs! Oh and i was just wondering where the name zero came from? Ruca came with that name from his other family and it just stayed that way! actually in spanish it means my gangster girlfriend!! haha and when i told my mom that was his name she was like OH you cant name him that but it just stuck. and Julius is just Julius from Julius Ceasar because whenever hes not goofing off he always acts like the king of the house! ok again too long!

Well I have not heard anything about bird flu, but I will look into it to make sure I have all the info.
We already knew that we wnted to name our boxer puppy ZERO even before we got him. It was kinda a combination of two things.....My husband loves the move "Nightmare Before Christmas" and the dogs name is Zero. I love the band The Smashing Pumpkins, and the lead singer would wear a black tshirt with "ZERO" in white letters on it. So thats how it came to be.

HI hows the weather in Graf??? Over here in Darmstadt it's snowing ALOT!!
I just got in from outside and the boys were having a grand ol' time running around in the snow! It's deep enough to cover their legs. I was out there freezing and they were doing circles around me demanding I throw them snowballs to catch! They are soaking and so am I but they are still whining to go out. Well if it's not snowing there it's probably on its way! HAVE FUN!

We got about 6inchs here in Graf, and Zero absolutly loves to play in the snow, especially fresh snow. HaHaHa he likes to eat ice too!

Thanks for the welcome, and welcome yourself. I'm sure your parents will be happy to see you too. Ha. Haven't read all your writings here - are you there temporarily or long-term? Zero's a cutie. Emma loves the snow too - goes absolutely crazy playing in it - but she hated it at first. Housebreaking her in January-February was a nightmare - being from Oklahoma, they don't get as much snow, and she did not want to go outside at all when it snowed. She adjusted quickly. She would just be in heaven if I got her a pool for the summers - crazy about water, too - I had to train her not to jump in the shower with me! Hope things are going well with your pup.
