Boxer Pal
Hello All!
Just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself.
I'm Fran....my husband and I are the proud new owners of Zeus, our 5 month old brindle...he is such a handsome boy, and sooooo sweet! I have to be honest though, I forgot how much work a puppy is! I also have two children, a 4 year old and a 6 month old, so, needless to say, its been a bit hectic in my house!!! But its all worth it....because as you all know, there is NOTHING like a boxer's love!
Zeus is our second boxer (as this is the only breed I will ever get--I'm HOOKED). We are still mourning the loss of our boy, Duke...we had to put him down last month, he would have been nine on Christmas Eve...we miss him terribly, as he was our "first baby"....he was the greatest dog, so loyal and loving...I told my husband that I wasn't sure if I wanted another dog, as it just hurt too much to loose Duke...but after weeks of crying and feeling so depressed, not to mention guilty that we were even considering another dog, we both decided our house just wasn't the same, and although there will never be another Duke, we needed another dog to love.
Well, thanks for letting me introduce myself...I hope to be chatting with some of you on the boards!!!
