Vicky,
I also just noticed the photo that you posted with Jessie in your gallery.
I ride here in Hong Kong at Lei Yue Mun Jockey Club. I have also brought Lily to Tuen Mun. SOme times at Tuen Mun there are both riding and dog competitions. Lily came in first!!! When Lily watches the horses, i think she thinks that they are big dogs and pulls on her leash to chase them.

Hello everyone, my name is Vicky and me and my boyfriend Tore got a boxer boy 2 months ago. His name is Buster and he is adorable. Boxers are not a common thing here in Hong Kong but every now and the we bump into one.
If I knew before what a great breed boxer is i would have gotten one much sooner. I just adore my little big dog.....

Having a dog in Hong Kong can be pretty hard sometimes, the people here does not look at animals the same way as for example in Sweden where I come from. Most people here screams and get very afraid whenever they see a dog, no matter how big or small it is. There´s not very much open space for the dogs to run in either but fortunally we live next to a long trail where we take him every day..

Anyway must say that this homepage is the best!!! You can really get the answer to almost every question that pops up when you are a first time boxer mummy.

Ok, that´s enough from us today. Take care!!!
Love Vicky, Tore and Buster
It was great to hear from a country that we would never expect have Boxers. We have our second Boxer. I had my first for 9 years. She died of cancer.
You mention Sweden. My neighbor is a Swedish citizen. She owns property in Sweden. I also am of Swedish decent. We live in a community that is Swedish decent. We live in America, but heiritage is of great importance here.
Boxers are important but our heritage is important too.
I hope can stay in touch.
My little deaf girl is now 7 years old. Yes, I finally love her.

It was very exciting to read your post; I am glad you found BW. I understand what you mean by wishing you would have known how wonderful the boxer breed is sooner. I will never forget the first time I saw a boxer. I was taking a dog obedience class. The class was 6 weeks long with 26 attendees and their dogs. At that time, I had a Miniature Pincher. She hated the obedience class and acted as if the class were beneath her. It looked, at times, as if she were saying, “You want me to sit?” “Me?” “Why, I’d never do such a thing…here in public!” Needless to say, my MinPin flunked the course “LOL” Anyway, a woman brought her 6-month-old boxer to the class. It was the first boxer I had ever set eyes on. Every week this sweet little boxer would steal the show away from the other dogs. She was the happiest to be there and pranced around like a little showgirl. She was quick to learn and the class clown. I knew that I would not be living until I owned a boxer; it was love at first site for me. It has been several years since I saw my first boxer and I am still devoted to the boxer breed. I just love their funny little ways.

Welcome to BW from Oregon! I sure hope your baby's toes are healing fast.

They arenot anyhthing special but they do have spiritual thoughts. We all believe in God.
Lets talk again soon. Tomorrow
