Thanks for the wonderful welcome. Someone asked about my cats and how they reacted to the new puppy. Well all I can say is they let him know the pecking (and feeding order) very early on. Although Rocky a lot bigger than by 8 lb cat, she really takes advantage of him. (eats his food, etc). Every cat is different, because the other cat doesn't come out of the laundry room until he goes to the crate for the nite. Good Luck
