I cared for Boxers when i was a teenager and FINALLY i am going to get one of my own (10-15years later!) I've done so much research and want to THANK YOU all for this site, it has been so valuable in obtaining all the necessary information for me prior to purchasing a boxer baby.

There is SOOOO much to read... :D

I would like the buddle of joy NOW scorpio <lovicon> , but i need to wait another few months yet, so that i can take the 3 weeks off work to look and settle in the new addition to the household.

It's okay tho, i can read all about everyone elses' and view the piccies, not to mention take an afternoon walk down the road where a couple own 2 beautiful boxers.

Are there any topics on adopting two dogs at once?

I'm sure if you use the search button above you can find out a lot about having two dogs. I know a couple of people that have gotten two dogs at once and they seem to being doing fine!!so do you have a puppy all pickedout at a breeders? taking time off is a great idea too!

I have 3 breeders picked out in QLD. All very reputable and registered with the CCCQ (canine control council of QLD) There is another very reputable breeder in northern NSW that i am keeping my eye on, as they seem to breed regularly, where as the others only once a year.

You sound like a very patient and responsible boxer parent. I'm so happy for you that you finally get a boxer of your own after 10-15 years. :D

Please do keep us posted with your new addition. How nice to be able to take 3 weeks off when you're little one comes, I wish I could have done that.
