Does the name Enzo mean anything? I really like it!

We googled it after dh thought of it(he was thinking of cars for inspiration ) and it said it means "giant" apparently.
I have to say it has really grown on me and I think it suits the little fella perfectly ....he comes from a breeder know for his "big" dogs and his paws are huge so I think we are gonna have a giant on our hands, hehe.
