They are generally really good at opening doors. AND he will open the garage door if he finds the button. My boxer before Cortes, Lightning, sometimes stayed in the garage if we were going to be gone, he learned exactly where the garage door button was and would jump up and hit it with his paw and then go visit my grandparents until we got home. We had to put a shield around it where a human could just barely get their finger in there to push it, so beware if he ever spends anytime in the garage.

Lola is a door opener too. She has started to open the conservatory door and trot off out into the garden looking really pleased with herself, head held high in the air so we started to shut the door leading into the conservatory and she opens that one now too so we have to lock them now.
God what a pain that is when you have to lock yourself in.
When my children go out they kept moaning about having to call out to get in the house so we now have to leave a key in the conservatory so they can get in the house without us getting up.
Funny isn't it how they can be so clever when they want to be and yet have 'blonde moments' when they don't want to do something?
