Hey, I can open a door....

Ok, so Bella now has learned how to open doors. Most of our bedroom doors have lever-type handles, and Bella is tall enough (and smart enough) to open the doors and go inside. It's especially funny when she lets herself into the guest bedroom, while the guest is still sleeping :rolleyes: What has been especially funny is when she uses the door to our room (where she sleeps at night). The door sticks a bit, and can't be opened without a slight bit of force. Bella has learned this, and in the morning she'll actually hurl herself at the door and force it open. It's like seeing a cop TV show where the cop breaks down a door. "Open up, Police!" I'm told boxers are good opening doors, as a general trait. Should I be worried? Will she get smart enough to figure out the front door? Egad - what if she could find the automatic garage door button?

My baby Yoda was able to get his mouth around a doorknob and let himself in or out. We had to make sure the deadbolts were always on so that he didn't go wandering out front. It was suggested that I go buy they baby locks that slip over the knobs

You wanna talk about a door opener what about a door locker, i dont remember if i posted this but Harlie locked me out of the house the week before last at 6:30AM, i can laugh about it now but i was so pissed. They are just to smart.

Tucker did that to me last month - except it was 2:00 in the morning! A friend had to pick my lock to let me in. :(

we've got french door handles as well in our house. I figure its just a matter of time before my 2 figure them out. but we rarely use our front door so the deadbolt is always on. back door has a regular knob.

Arty can open doors. Even locked ones..I am guessing the locks don't work very well.

Anywho, my mother was staying with us in the second bedroom, and she closed the door, and Arty was in with us. No big deal. 6:30am Arty goes outside and then comes back in as usual. But he knows someone is in the room. These are regular door knobs mind you. What he does is jumps up, puts his weight against the door, and turns the knob on his way down. Needless to say my mom got a nice surprise that morning...and the next morning...and so forth.

He can also turn lights on and off, and roll the windows up or down in the car.

Cassius has been opening doors for years! Be careful as they will try the front door!
Otto tried one or 2 times to open doors but he gave up ...he just figured his bro Cassius could do it so why should he??
